At Golden Patriot, we are committed to delivering the highest quality gold-plated art, ensuring it meets our strict quality control standards before leaving our factory. However, we understand that issues can arise during shipping, and we are here to provide the best possible resolution for our customers.

Shipping & Glass Protection

  • We use premium acrylic glass in our frames to prevent fractures and maintain maximum visibility, significantly reducing the risk of breakage. However, despite our best precautions, damage can still occur during transit.

  • Shipping costs range from $50 to $300, depending on the size of the artwork. We ensure that shipping never exceeds the value of the artwork itself.

Damaged Artwork, Frame & Glass Fractures

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with your order number and clear pictures of the damage. In rare cases, the frame may also break during shipping. As long as the gold plate itself remains undamaged, the issue can be easily resolved. We will work with you to find the best solution for your needs.

  • In many cases, a local glass shop can replace fractured acrylic glass quickly.

  • If the frame is damaged, we will send you a brand-new frame within 3-4 days along with easy-to-follow instructions on how to replace it.

  • If the artwork itself is damaged beyond repair, we will offer a replacement or refund based on your preference. 

  • We are dedicated to your peace of mind and will ensure you are fairly compensated for any inconvenience caused by damages incurred during shipping.

Returns & Refunds

  • If you choose to return your artwork, please email info @ golden-patriot.com with the order number and subject: Return. Include the reason for your return.

  • Once we receive your request, we will provide a return shipping address to our headquarters.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Once your returned artwork arrives at our factory, we will inspect it immediately and process a full refund upon approval.

  • Shipping fees paid during purchase are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged during delivery. If you need an exchange, send an email to info@golden-patriot.com with your order number and images of the damage.
